Help WDCS protect Scottish dolphins. Join the POD Plod and raise vital funds.
The POD Plod is a 26 mile sponsored trek from the 27th to 30th August, along the breathtaking Moray Coastal Trail from Findhorn Bay to Spey Bay, to raise funds to help WDCS protect the dolphins of the Moray Firth.
As you know these amazing animals face many threats including oil and gas exploration and production. When the government announced its plans to open up large areas of the Firth to this industry in 2008, WDCS launched their Protect our Dolphins campaign to try to make sure that this did not happen. With your help they stopped any oil and gas activity in 2009.... but there is more to do!
Joining the POD Plod gives you the chance to really help our campaign.
Led by WDCS staff, you will enjoy breathtaking scenery, look out for dolphins along the way, and much more whilst raising vital funds.
