Rainforest Concern was established as a registered charity in 1993 to protect the world’s tropical rainforests and the incredible biodiversity they contain, together with the indigenous people who still depend on them for their survival.The world’s tropical rainforests are the richest and most diverse habitats on earth. They represent a vast reservoir of knowledge and contain a wealth of ecosystems and wildlife, with many species yet to be discovered.
By joining Rainforest Concern and sponsoring acres of threatened rainforest for the Choco-Andean and Pangan Rainforest Corridor projects in Ecuador and Colombia, South America, you will be protecting some of the world's most important ecological areas.
