February 2012. Noble Caledonia, the adventure and wildlife travel specialists, are running a fantastic 'Passage North' competition - a fascinating 10 night cruise (worth £5,700) of discovery for two to Iceland, including the Faroe Islands and the UK's dramatic North Coastline aboard the new MS Caledonian Sky.

Noble Caledonia, launch Travel Post; a dedicated community site for fellow adventurers and travellers.

Since Noble Caledonia was established in 1991, the adventure cruise specialists have made it their aim to provide clients with a lasting memory of a journey made with like-minded travellers. With Noble Caledonia's wealth of memories & experiences, stretching back over 20 years, the concept of a new on-line resource has been born in the form of Travel Post.

The site brings Noble Caledonia's past, existing and future passengers together to reminisce over past trips taken, meet fellow travellers, share and discuss travel advice, keep up to date with daily ship logs from the Captains and expert Field Staff, whilst allowing members to share photos and videos.

"Our aim was to create a space online, where fellow travellers can feel really comfortable within; and one where they can read articles, expertly written to educate & inspire their future travel plans." says Noble Caledonia. The questions and answers Forums offers members the ability to talk directly to the Travel Post community where travellers and experts can all share their knowledge. With the opportunity to read articles by, and communicate with some of Noble Caledonia's fantastic expedition staff (ranging from wildlife experts through to ecologists), this really does set the new site up as a genuine community site.

The core Noble Caledonia audience retain a deep rooted desire to keep exploring and learning in a variety of topics from history, culture, music, wildlife and ethnology. The finished site reflects the community that it plans to serve, with high production values and exquisite use of appropriate imagery that will hopefully both inspire and inform in equal measure.
