Mindless attack on swan09/02/2010 15:17:47Tyre tracks from the landrover and feathers from the swan. February 2010. On Friday 5th February, A passerby rescued a swan from a main road in Walton on Thames, and took it across the footpath and on to the safety of the grass verge.
The Swan has now been admitted to the Swan Sanctuary at Shepperton with a head injury and a broken left leg. As soon as his condition is stable the swan will have to under go surgery; the Swan's condition is very serious. Surrey Police incident number P10036277 Telephone 01483 639971.

This is an horrific, mindless attack. How on earth do some people sleep at night. I hope these guilty people are prosecuted and receive a just sentence for such horrendous cruelty.
