Day 1 - Stellenbosch Wine Tasting


You will be met at Cape Town airport and transferred to the Guest House. Settle in before joining an afternoon wine tasting tour to Stellenbosch. In the evening we suggest a number of good Cape Town restaurants for dinner (Not included). The Guest House is located within walking distance to the city bowl and the restaurants in Long Street or a 5 minute taxi ride to the V & A Waterfront.


Includes: Airport transfer and wine tasting
Overnight: Underberg on-suite twin sharing rooms
Distance/time: 50 km, half hours drive for airport transfer, full afternoon wine tasting.


Day 2 - Shark diving or whale watching (May - December only)


Early morning transfer from the guest house through to Gansbaai - South Africa's premier shark cage diving site or to Hermanus for a whale watching tour, on land, on a boat or try a sea kayak.

Includes: Shark dive or whale watching.
Overnight: Underberg on-suite twin sharing rooms
Distance/time: Two hour transfer to Gansbaai or Hermanus

Day 3 - Boulders Bay Penguins, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve & Table Mountain

Enjoy a tour around the Cape Peninsula. We drive out of Cape Town through Muizenburg, Fish Hoek and Simons Town and stop at the Boulders Beach to visit the resident penguin colony and then onto the Cape Point Nature Reserve.

Cape of Good Hope
We can walk to the famous light house for the spectacular views and then walk down to the Cape of Good Hope. We then return to Cape Town through the towns of Hout Bay and Camps Bay. We will take the Chapmans peak drive if it's open. To finish, we have the option to take the cable car up Table Mountain, time permitting, for the fantastic views and to say goodbye before transferring to the airport for the flight home.

Includes: Entrance and conservation fee into the Cape of Good Hope Nature reserve and Boulders Beach. NB Table Mountain cable car is not included.
Distance/time: 250km; full day excursion.

Underberg Guest House
