Argaty Red kites
Argaty Red kites is sited on a farm near Doune, to the north of Stirling. probably the best place in Scotland to see Red kites, especially at feeding time (usually mid afternoon). As many as 30 can be seen simultaneously.
Join a guided tour to the feeding station where you can watch these beautiful birds.
Cost £4.00 adults, £2.00 children £10 Family
Highlight: Red kites, and possibly peregrine, kestrel, buzzards, sparrow hawk and hen harriers.
Location: About 1 kilometre north of Argaty and three north of Doune. Turn off the A9 onto the A820 west, towards Doune, then turn right to Argaty. Continue through the village to the centre.
