Tregonetha Downs Nature Reserve
Wildlife highlights: marsh fritillary butterflies used to live here, but have not been seen recently. Small pearl bordered fritillary butterfly are common in summer.
Directions & Access: Turn off the A30 dual carriageway at Victoria. Follow the old A30 through Victoria and turn right onto the B3274 towards Padstow, just before the Iron Bridge. Tregonetha Downs is 1.5 miles along this road, on either side of the road. There are some tracks and paths on to the site, though these can be muddy and uneven.
