Haweswater RSPB

Haweswater is the only place in England where golden eagles nest. An observation point is open during the breeding season. It is reached from the western end of Haweswater, 1.25 miles (2 km) along an uneven path.

The reserve is always open; observation point 11 am to 4 pm April to August.
