IFAW works throughout the world to improve the welfare of wild and domestic animals by protecting wildlife habitats, reducing commercial exploitation and helping animals in distress.
The organisation seeks to motivate the public to prevent cruelty to animals and to promote animal welfare and conservation policies that advance the well being of both animals and people.
In the UK, IFAW campaigns on marine and wildlife trade issues and hunting with dogs, as well as carrying forward our international pet rescue and emergency relief campaigns.
